Job Responsibility:
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the medical and healthcare sectors for high-performance membrane materials
Develop and execute strategic market entry plans to expand the company's footprint in medical device and life science applications
Lead the full business development cycle from initial prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure
Collaborate closely with internal sales teams to ensure a seamless transition of newly acquired accounts and long-term customer success
Partner with the China-based R&D and technical teams to translate medical market requirements into product development priorities
Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and maintain a competitive edge in the medical materials landscape
Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key decision-makers at medical device manufacturers and research institutions
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical field
Minimum of 5 to 8 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the specialty materials industry
Demonstrated track record of successfully developing new business within the medical or healthcare market
Professional fluency in spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with global leadership and stakeholders
Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical value propositions
Strong collaborative mindset with experience working effectively in a matrix organization alongside internal sales and manufacturing functions
Self-motivated and results-oriented professional with the ability to work independently to drive growth in a competitive environment
