Job Responsibility

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the medical and healthcare sectors for high-performance membrane materials
  • Develop and execute strategic market entry plans to expand the company's footprint in medical device and life science applications
  • Lead the full business development cycle from initial prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales teams to ensure a seamless transition of newly acquired accounts and long-term customer success
  • Partner with the China-based R&D and technical teams to translate medical market requirements into product development priorities
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and maintain a competitive edge in the medical materials landscape
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key decision-makers at medical device manufacturers and research institutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the specialty materials industry
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully developing new business within the medical or healthcare market
  • Professional fluency in spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with global leadership and stakeholders
  • Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical value propositions
  • Strong collaborative mindset with experience working effectively in a matrix organization alongside internal sales and manufacturing functions
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented professional with the ability to work independently to drive growth in a competitive environment
