Job Description

Provide hybrid caseload coverage for an existing team of EIBI patients and technicians with 3 days in person each month. Caseload coverage / management includes, but is not limited to, patient supervision, technician direction and coaching, family guidance, re-assessment, and report writing. Other responsibilities include team meetings, activities to build rapport, and participation in center-wide meetings to improve patient and teammate experience. This model focuses on short-term continuity of care supporting one assigned location at a time. That’s right, all of your patients and technicians are in the same building. Collaborate with in-person seasoned Clinical Directors, Operations Managers, and fellow BCBAs as they help navigate the in-person environment when you are remote. ABC’s hybrid Visiting BCBA position is a full-time, salaried position that does not allow dual employment. Travel across ABC’s markets for caseload assignments while maintaining necessary licensure requirements. ABC is currently located in AZ, CO, TX, IL, MN, PA, NC. Market zoning will be based on where you reside with the intent to reduce extreme time zone adjustments and narrow required state licenses. Independently provide reliable password protected internet access and a private, professional workspace free from interruptions. Work a full-time schedule with ability to shift time zones based on assigned location.
