Job Description:

BCBA role at Action Behavior Centers focused on providing compassionate, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. The position offers a total compensation package including base salary, bonuses, and long-term growth opportunities within a supportive clinical culture.

Job Responsibility:

Develop clinically sound and engaging treatment plans
Supervise and mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care
Collaborate with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth
Deliver evidence-based therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment

Requirements:

BCBA certification
Master's in ABA or related field
Experience developing treatment plans
Experience supervising and mentoring RBTs
Experience collaborating with families
Experience delivering evidence-based therapy
