Job Description:

BCBA role at Action Behavior Centers, focused on providing compassionate, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. Job Responsibility:

Develop clinically sound and engaging treatment plans
Supervise and mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care
Collaborate with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth
Deliver evidence-based therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment

Requirements:

BCBA certification
Master's in ABA or related field
Experience in developing treatment plans
Experience in supervising and mentoring RBTs
Experience in collaborating with families
Experience in delivering evidence-based therapy

Nice to have:

Experience in mentorship of RBTs
Experience in supervision of trainees
Interest in clinical leadership
