Job Description:

Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services. Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health. Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet individual needs. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care. Foster a culture of teamwork, self-improvement, and professional development within the center.

Requirements:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • experience leading a clinical team
  • knowledge of ABA therapy and behavioral health regulations
  • strong training and staff development skills
  • ability to collaborate with families and professionals
