Job Description:

Clinical Director role leading a team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services for children with autism, focusing on compassionate care, professional development, and impactful patient outcomes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services
  • Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health
  • Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

Requirements:

  • BCBA certification
  • Experience in clinical leadership and team management
