Job Description

Clinical Director role leading a team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services for children with autism, focusing on compassionate care, professional development, and impactful patient outcomes.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services
  • Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health
  • Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, self-improvement, and professional development within the center

Requirements

  • BCBA certification
  • Experience in clinical leadership and team management
  • Experience in patient assessment and individualized treatment plan development
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health
  • Ability to train and support staff
  • Ability to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans
  • Ability to collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals
