Job Responsibility

Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services
Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health
Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care
Foster a culture of teamwork, self-improvement, and professional development within the center

MA/MS, or Doctorate (e.g., PdD, EdD) in behavior analysis, psychology, or related discipline
Currently working on BCBA hours towards BCBA license
Provide ethical, effective, and practical behavior analytic interventions
Must legally be authorized to work in the United States
Possess a California driver’s license and have proof of automobile insurance
Must provide verification of negative TB test and criminal background check Credentials to be submitted on a regular basis

Job Responsibility

Practice in accordance with Pyles & Associates’ policies and procedures
Oversee clinical programs, and monitor staff under the supervision of the Clinical Director and/or BCBA Supervisor
Supervise assigned staff
Master’s Level Program Manager must demonstrate the ability to use relevant behavioral data to monitor client performance and make observations
Conduct assessments, develop interventions, train agency staff, and use relevant behavioral data to monitor client performance and make treatment decisions
Work in various settings including individual’s homes, day programs, group homes
Provide support, guidance, direction, and supervision to direct support professionals
Interface with guardians and/or administrators and other agency staff to coordinate schedules and services
Generate progress reports
Submit assessment, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual IPP reports in a timely manner (defined individually by agency, regional center, and case) to the Clinical Director

Interface with and train direct and supervisory staff from other agencies
Monitor program implementation, including graphing data, conducting treatment integrity checks and quality assurance checks
Collaborate with other professionals (e.g., psychiatrist, therapist, physician, etc.) to achieve client-specific goals and objectives
Participate in job-related training and team meetings
Maintain client schedule (schedule sessions and notify about cancellations)
