Job Description:

Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services. Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health. Provide training and support to staff. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans. Collaborate with families and professionals. Foster a culture of teamwork and professional development.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services
Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health
Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care
Foster a culture of teamwork, self-improvement, and professional development within the center

Requirements:

BCBA certification
Experience in clinical team leadership
Experience in patient assessment and treatment plan development
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health
Ability to train and support staff
Ability to monitor patient progress and adjust plans
Collaboration skills with families and professionals
Fostering a culture of teamwork and professional development
