Job Description

Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services. Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health. Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet individual needs. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care. Foster a culture of teamwork, self-improvement, and professional development within the center.

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Leadership experience in clinical ABA therapy
  • Ability to train and supervise clinical staff
  • Skills in patient assessment and individualized treatment plan development
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in behavioral health
  • Experience collaborating with families and caregivers
