Job Description

We're a neurodiversity-affirming ABA practice specializing in Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI). We prioritize play-based, child-led approaches that honor each individual's unique way of being. Seeking a creative, energetic BCBA/BCaBA who's passionate about early childhood development and neurodiversity-affirming practice. Provide individualized ABA services in homes, schools, and community settings using NDBI approaches.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop collaborative intervention plans
  • Implement naturalistic, play-based interventions in natural environments
  • Partner with families as true collaborators (not just "trainers")
  • Coach parents, caregivers, and teachers on neurodiversity-affirming strategies
  • Work across home, school, and community settings
  • Participate in dynamic team collaboration and case consultation

Requirements

  • BCBA or BCaBA certification (BACB)
  • Michigan state licensure
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
