Develop, review, and maintain BCPs aligned to BIAs, including documented contingency and recovery strategies, roles, and communications
Lead BCM testing activities for assigned processes, including Simulations, Tabletop, Alternate Site, and Notification exercises
Plan, coordinate, and facilitate testing execution, including participant readiness, exercise logistics, and completion of required testing objectives
Analyze testing results and ensure BCPs are updated to reflect lessons learned, identified gaps, and validated recovery assumptions
Maintain complete, accurate, and current BCM artifacts and testing evidence in the GRC system of record, ensuring records remain audit‑ready and retrievable
Execute required approval actions for BIAs, BCPs, and testing evidence
Provide practical guidance and coaching to Plan and Process Owners on BCM requirements, timelines, and expectations, including adoption of enhanced company BCM Standard requirements
Monitor trigger events and coordinate required BIA/BCP updates within prescribed timelines
Act as a subject matter resource for BCM processes, tools, and standards
Requirements:

3–5 years of related experience with strong knowledge of business processes, dependencies, and operational risk concepts

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including facilitation of workshops and exercises, and the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority and work effectively across multiple teams
Proven ability to work independently, manage a portfolio of BCM activities, and prioritize competing deadlines
Ability to lead structured activities and exercises, including time‑bound and participant‑dependent testing scenarios
Strong documentation discipline, with attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining BCM artifacts and evidence
