Job Description:

Assistant Manager role focusing on investment and insurance cross-selling in commercial banking, providing customized financial solutions to corporate customers including lending, trade finance, cash management, investment, treasury services, and e-Banking services.

Job Responsibility:

Mainly focus on investment & insurance cross-selling in BBC mass segment
Promote DIY investment & insurance together with BBC PMs
Provide investment & insurance basic training materials to BBC PMs
Identify potential HNW clients with investment interest and refer to CWM/BBD RM
Encourage to refer potential clients to GI specialist

Requirements:

University degree in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines with proven relevant working experience
Passes in HKSI Licensing Examination for HKMA RI Type 1, 4, 7 registrations
Passes Paper 1, 2, 3 of Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination
Strong technical competency
Good knowledge of the investment market and economic environment
Good sense of ownership and servicing mindset
Proficiency in both English and Chinese

Nice to have:

Fluency in Putonghua and other dialects
Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB)
