Job Description:

Batch Plant Operator for the Frisco Portable Ready Mix Plant. Job Responsibility:

  • Using established procedures, performs plant equipment operations duties as directed including setting up equipment feeding, speed, and temperature
  • Records and sends reports of the day’s activities
  • Operates equipment within the company guidelines and safety standards
  • Uses standard operating procedures to troubleshoot malfunctions or issues
  • Under direct supervision, adjusts equipment to maximize production
  • May be expected to take on other tasks and assignments as required to support overall team operations and organizational needs

Requirements:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
