Job Responsibility:

  • Execute precise weighing, measuring, and combining of ingredients based on established formulas
  • Locate and prepare necessary molds for product processing when production requires them
  • Continuously oversee the manufacturing process to confirm that all products adhere to defined quality specifications
  • Cultivate the skill to recognize operational problems and proactively adjust or modify procedures to enhance productivity and product quality

Requirements:

  • Stand, walk, climb, bend, and crouch
  • Work from lifts and ladders
  • Lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
  • Manipulate heavy equipment, tools, and supplies
  • Concurrently manipulate multiple controls and machinery using pushing and pulling motions
  • Be available and willing to work overtime as production demands necessitate
  • 2 years of chemical processing experience
  • Technical/Mechanical troubleshooting skills
