Join a collaborative and high-energy production team in Burlington! We are looking for a mechanically inclined individual who thrives in a hands-on environment. This is a long-term and permanent, full-time role offering stability and a consistent different schedule timings.

Job Responsibility:

  • Operating and monitoring mixing equipment
  • Accurately following recipes and batch sheets
  • Utilizing your mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot basic equipment needs
  • Ensuring quality standards are met for every batch
  • Precisely weigh, measure, and blend ingredients according to established formulas
  • Prepare and set up production molds to meet daily manufacturing requirements
  • Monitor the production cycle to ensure all batches meet strict quality standards
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and optimize procedures to boost efficiency and product quality

Requirements:

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and crouch throughout the shift
  • Safety at Heights: Comfortable working from lifts and ladders
  • Strength Requirements: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted and manipulating heavy equipment or supplies
  • Manual Dexterity: Skilled in using pushing/pulling motions to operate multiple controls and machinery simultaneously
  • Technical Expertise: Minimum 2 years of experience in chemical/beauty/Pharmacy//Food industry doing batch making process
  • Problem-Solving: Proven technical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Availability: Flexible and willing to work overtime based on production needs
