You'll work closely with multiple departments to deliver outstanding results for our clients.

Job Responsibility

  • Directly manage up to 25 operational staff, including Supervisors, Civil Enforcement Officers and Maintenance Officers
  • Lead and support on-street Supervisors and frontline teams
  • Oversee all on-street operations and deliver all KPIs
  • Manage staff rotas, holidays and overtime
  • Monitor and develop staff performance to deliver best-in-class service
  • Liaise with clients on operational performance
  • Handle HR and payroll matters for your team
  • Recruit staff in line with budgets
  • Ensure the electric vehicle fleet is correctly maintained
