We're seeking an experienced and motivated professional to launch our new Trane BAS portfolio to the Hungarian market. In this role you will help facilities run smarter, safer, and more efficiently with cutting-edge automation solutions by assessing market needs, identifying potential customers, presenting our products’ solutions, and collaborating with our local sales team to develop and implement growth strategies.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement strategies to grow BAS sales, identify new business opportunities and market trends
Drive new business development for Trane BAS Sales in Hungary, ensuring accountability for achieving the country's sales budget
Promote BAS solutions and prescribe Trane Global offers to end users and consulting engineers
Collaborate with and train Sales Engineers on effective BAS sales techniques
Collaborate with key market stakeholders, including end users, designers, contractors, and subcontractors
Manage orders, quotations, and proposals for BAS solutions
Identify and organize necessary resources to achieve project objectives
Develop and execute project strategies, ensuring compliance throughout the project lifecycle
Define and monitor tasks assigned to project team members
Ensuring that all project documentation, information, and records are maintained in an organized, accurate, and up-to-date manner
Suggest improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and achieve targeted objectives
