Bartender

• Prepare and serve craft cocktails, as well as classic and modern beverages, ensuring consistency, taste, and presentation
• Provide a welcoming, memorable experience for guests by interacting with them in a friendly and professional manner, offering recommendations, and answering any questions about the menu
• Display a deep understanding of wines, spirits, and liqueurs, particularly those that complement coastal Italian cuisine. Assist guests in selecting the perfect beverage pairing
• Ensure the bar is fully stocked, organized, and clean at all times. This includes replenishing supplies, prepping garnishes, and maintaining equipment
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including responsible alcohol service and handling
• Work closely with other bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff to deliver seamless service and elevate the guest experience
• Assist with tracking and managing bar inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring proper storage of beverages.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of bartending experience in a fine dining, high-end restaurant, or luxury hospitality setting
• Extensive knowledge of craft cocktails, wines, spirits, and cocktail techniques
• Strong customer service skills, with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining poise and professionalism
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Food Handler's and Responsible Beverage Service certifications required (or willing to obtain)
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine is a plus.
