Job Responsibility:
Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
Ensure consistent drink quality by following proper pouring, mixing, and presentation techniques
Recommend drinks based on customer preferences and menu pairings
Experiment with and create new cocktails to enhance the menu
Provide friendly, welcoming, and attentive service to all guests
Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat visits
Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly
Educate customers about drink specials, menu items, and promotions
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area at all times
Wash and sanitize barware, tools, and surfaces regularly
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food and beverage handling procedures
Set up and break down the bar before and after shifts
Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages to management
Assist with inventory counts and restocking supplies
Ensure proper handling and storage of bar ingredients
Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash responsibly
Verify customer identification and ensure responsible alcohol service
Monitor guests for signs of overconsumption and take appropriate action
Follow all company policies, state liquor laws, and local regulations
Maintain proper licensing and certifications as required
Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to provide a seamless guest experience
Assist with special events, private parties, and promotions as needed
Support other team members during busy shifts
Requirements:
Eligibility to live and work in the United Kingdom

Positive outlook and dependability
Previous Food and Beverage experience is desired
