Bartender

As a Bartender, you’ll balance creating memorable guest experiences with delivering premium products and supporting profitability. You’ll primarily work in the Hotel and Conference & Events bars, responsible for setup, service, and closedown, serving both food and drinks. You’ll work closely with Food & Beverage Assistants and C&E Assistants to ensure smooth service, following Apex Brand Standards. You’ll have a passion for drinks and enjoy creating unique, storytelling cocktails that guests will want to share. Whilst based at a home location, you may occasionally support other departments or sister properties across England.
