Job Description:

As a Marriott Hotels Bartender, you'll be part of a collaborative team setting the pace in the industry, preparing cocktails and mixed drinks, engaging guests throughout the beverage experience, and building relationships with customers in a luxury hotel environment.

Job Responsibility:

Assist with the bar service period, tending bar and serving food to guests exceeding their expectations
Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks and tailored beverages to guests
Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times
Engage and inspire our guests throughout the complete beverage experience
Support the bar team in general operational tasks
Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs and enabling future bookings

Requirements:

An up-to-date RSA
Relevant experience in a similar role
Working rights in Australia
Enthusiastic to escalate your career
