This role involves working at W Melbourne's Curious Bar, a dynamic venue focusing on music, innovative cocktails, and offering a unique experience for guests. As a bartender, you will ensure the bar functions seamlessly while connecting with guests and delivering memorable experiences.

Job Responsibility:

Build an experience that is memorable and unique
Keep up with new trends, micro-local offerings, and guests' evolving needs
Be not just a beverage enthusiast but also the host of the space
Take ownership of guest service beyond the bar
Use knowledge and expertise to make the bar look and function flawlessly
Build relationships with others across the hotel and in the community
Anticipate and deliver on guests’ needs
Have an eye for detail, from financial transactions to service quality

Requirements:

Experience in a dynamic bar setting is highly valued
A proactive and upbeat demeanor that inspires excellence

A current Victorian RSA is essential for your role
