The Bartender is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. The Bartender position provide support to Beverage Manager. A bright & passionate bartender who always strives to provide Four Seasons experience to our guests.
Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
General food knowledge
Good personal presentation and interpersonal skills
Prepare and serve wines, spirits, and mixed drinks according to recipes and standards
Confirm guest orders including special needs
Service and take orders from guests at bar
Maintain working knowledge of liquors, wines, beers, ports, Armagnac's, eau de vies, cognacs and specialty drinks
Anticipate guest needs and respond appropriately
Ensure stock rotation on FIFO basis
Ensure bar counters/fridges and equipment are clean
Properly close guest checks and process payments
Comply with Work Rules and Standards of Conduct
Work harmoniously with co-workers
Maintain bars, wine cellar and dispense stores
Participate in monthly stock take
Control beverage movement and consumption charges
Serve food items in bar area
Cut fruit and prepare beverage garnishments
Outgoing personality and can-do approach
WSET certified will be an advantage
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English
Degree & Diploma in Hotel Management
