Requirements

  • Passionate about Food & Beverage and a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience
  • Experience in Beverage operations, a team player, hard worker, and detail oriented
  • Flexible and willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays

Nice to have

A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus

  • Upselling: Proactively promote specials, signature cocktails, and seasonal offerings to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue
  • Cleanliness and Organisation: Maintain a clean and organised bar area, including proper storage of ingredients, glassware, and equipment, in accordance with health and safety standards
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members, and management, to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
