Job Description:

Our jobs aren't just about mixing drinks. Instead, we want to build an experience that is memorable and unique. Our bartenders have the basics down, but are constantly on the look-out for new trends, micro-local offerings, and guests' evolving needs. They are not just a beverage enthusiast, but also the host of the space.

Job Responsibility:

Mixing drinks and building memorable experiences
Taking ownership of guest service
Maintaining bar appearance and function
Building relationships with hotel staff and community
Anticipating and delivering on guests' needs
Handling money and providing information to guests

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping

Nice to have:

Knowledge of new trends and micro-local offerings
Passion for guest service experience
Eye for detail
Ability to build relationships with others across the hotel and community
