Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Bartender to join our Bars team, with a focused service based in our Japanese restaurant and Members Terrace, The Armoury. The on target earning potential for this role is £32,716.96 per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising of a base salary of £26,476.96, plus a qualified estimate of £6,000 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE.

Job Responsibility:

  • Creating an exceptional experience for our guests and members
  • Overseeing the smooth operational running of the bar
  • Preparing and serving a wide range of beverages
  • Opening and closing the bar
  • Creating classic and innovative drinks exceeding members’ needs and expectations every time

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of cocktail making
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests
