Four Seasons Resort Mykonos is seeking a Bartender to support our Food & Beverage teams in providing guests with memorable experiences as we open in the summer of 2026. You will prepare and serve drinks that complement traditional Greek cuisine, providing warm and personalized service to our guests.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, and other beverages according to the restaurant’s standards
Describe drinks and menu items to guests in an engaging and knowledgeable manner
Anticipate guest needs, respond to special requests, and ensure timely delivery of all orders
Break down, clean, and set up the bar area and maintain stock
Operate point-of-sale system, handle cash floats, and manage bar requisitions
Collaborate with stewarding, culinary, and housekeeping teams
Follow safety, hygiene, and F&B procedures
respond to hotel emergencies
Assist with service across different hotel outlets, events, and in-room dining as required
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent experience
Previous luxury or high-volume bar experience is an advantage
Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
Fluency in English
Greek is an advantage
Food handling and sanitation certification is a plus
All applicants must possess the legal right to work in Greece
