We are looking for a charismatic, professional Bartender to join the team. At Carnoustie Golf Hotel & Spa, the bar isn’t just a place to get a drink; it’s the heart of the guest experience. Whether you’re making a signature cocktail for a resident or preparing a coffee for a regular, you are the face of our hospitality.

Job Responsibility:

  • Craft & Create: Prepare a wide range of drinks—from cocktails and wine service to specialty coffees—with precision and speed
  • Host: Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere, offering recommendations and anticipating their needs
  • Maintain Excellence: Keep the bar area pristine, organized, and fully stocked
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the floor and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service
  • Compliance: Ensure all mandatory training and licensing training is kept up to date

Requirements:

  • Bartending experience is essential, preferably in a hotel or high-volume upscale environment
  • Deep understanding of mixology, spirits, wine pairings, and beer styles
  • A positive, "can-do" attitude with the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
