Requirements:

1+ years of bartending experience, preferably in a high volume or fine dining setting
Ability to prepare and serve beverages to guests according to recipes and knowledge of standard cocktails
Stock/restock appropriate areas of the bar with alcohol, glassware, ice and supplies
Understands the importance of measuring and consistency
Effectively service a full bar top, service rail or assigned station per shift
A general understanding of Food, Liquor, Wine and Beer - with a passion to continue a higher level of understanding on all of these subjects
Ability to follow and execute steps of service
Understanding that we are curators of experiences, not order takers
A drive to be organized
Ability to maintain menu knowledge - including allergies, restrictions, modifications etc.
An understanding of anticipatory service
Capable to understand and solve problems with a calm and collective demeanor
Strong Communication Skills
Attention to Detail

Ability to work in a fast paced environment
