Job Responsibility:

  • Assist with the bar service period, tending bar and serving food to travellers exceeding their expectations
  • Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks and tailored beverages to travellers
  • Provide a friendly genuine service throughout the complete beverage experience, creating a place with the traveller in mind
  • Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times
  • Support the bar team in general operational tasks
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new travellers to enable future bookings
