Bartender

• Elaborate signature cocktails and taking initiative with being creative in designing the perfect cocktail
• Responsibility for organizing and controlling the operations of the Bar
• Meet all Four Seasons and Health Department food, beverage and safety standards
• Stock, re-stock, and organize the retail items in the bar needed
• Assist with daily inventory and ordering
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
