The Bartender is responsible for crafting high-quality beverages while delivering engaging, elevated guest experiences. This role combines technical skill, product knowledge, and hospitality to drive beverage revenue and guest satisfaction. This is a team player position working with other team members in our restaurants outlets.
Job Responsibility
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to standard recipes
Maintain full knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail programs
Upsell premium spirits, wines, and signature cocktails
Engage guests with a personable, professional bar presence
Ensure bar setup and breakdown, bar area cleanliness, and organization to meet established standards
Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs
Maintain proper cash handling and point of sale (POS) accuracy
Follow all alcohol service laws and responsible service guidelines
Support service staff with beverage orders in a timely manner
Support service staff with requests on an as needed basis to support guest/visitor needs
Requirements
Previous bartending experience required (luxury or high-volume preferred)
Strong mixology and wine knowledge
Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment
Knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
