Job Responsibility:

  • Create memorable experiences for all guests whilst in our café and bar outlets around the resort
  • Assist all guests with menu, dietary requirements and recommendations
  • Ensure accuracy with requests, orders and service delivery
  • Use of POS system
  • Ensure all service areas are immaculate
  • Maintain standards of hygiene and food handling

Requirements:

  • Bartender/Bar Attendant experience within a 5* or high-end environment
  • The ability to make complex cocktails and a strong knowledge of beverage options including spirits and wines
  • Able to work a 7 day a week rotating roster
  • Previous experience essential
  • Immaculate grooming standards
  • Strong communication skills & attention to detail
  • Able to make good decisions
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate of Attainment
  • Must have previous experience in 5 star Buffet/A la Carte Restaurants
  • All applicants must have full working rights to work in Australia and have previous experience in the role or similar
