Join the ilili Midtown opening team! We are seeking a passionate and skilled Bartender to join our opening team at our Midtown location. This role is key to delivering exceptional guest experiences and setting the tone for our beverage program from day one. As a Bartender, you’ll craft high-quality cocktails, provide warm and attentive service, and help create a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere at the bar. You’ll work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure every guest feels seen, heard, and cared for. The ideal candidate is energetic, knowledgeable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You bring creativity, consistency, and a genuine love for hospitality to every shift—and you’re excited to help shape something special from the ground up. As a Bartender at ilili, you are an ambassador of hospitality who is passionate about serving others and making people feel genuinely welcomed while maintaining the highest standards of operation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company specifications for guests at the bar and in the restaurant
  • Keeping the bar stocked and clean while always providing a welcoming and attentive service
  • Adhering to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages
  • Accurately accounting for cash/credit card vouchers
