Job Description:

Bartender position at Dallas/Plano Marriott at Legacy Town Center focusing on creating memorable experiences, building relationships, and delivering thoughtful, heartfelt service while maintaining the legacy of Marriott hospitality.

Job Responsibility:

Mix drinks and build memorable experiences
Take ownership of guest service broadly
Build relationships with hotel and community
Maintain bar appearance and function flawlessly
Handle money transactions accurately
Provide information to guests
Ensure drink quality
Create safe workplace
Follow company policies and procedures
Protect company assets
Maintain confidentiality
Maintain professional uniform and appearance

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
Knowledge of beverage trends and micro-local offerings
Passion for guest service experience
Eye for detail
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds
Ability to reach overhead and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
