Job Description:

Work as a part-time Bartender at Mary Mary in The Tasman, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Hobart. Join a unique international team and showcase your passion for cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer in an energetic and sophisticated space. Collaborate with one of the most admired teams in the cocktail and spirits community while celebrating the best local products and international classics.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a unique drinking experience
Celebrate local and international classics
Share passion with guests and colleagues
Uphold luxury standards in cocktail mixology, service, and food
Provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:

Experience working in luxury hotels or cocktail bars
A genuine passion for one of a kind food and beverage products
Ability to gauge customers’ preferences, delivering a unique drinking experience
Strong work ethic and exceptional customer service skills
Immaculate personal presentation standards and excellent attention to detail
Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
Wine and Spirit Education Trust or Court of Master Sommeliers certificate (desirable)
Full working rights in Australia
Willing to be flexible is essential as shifts will include days, evenings, weekends and public holidays
