Job Description:

The Bartender role at JW Marriott Grosvenor House London involves working as part of the Red Bar team to create a welcoming and exciting energy by serving diverse and seasonally-inspired beverage menus, providing quick and efficient service, maintaining restaurant and bar cleanliness, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Located in one of Europe's most iconic five-star hotels offering a historic and world-class experience, this role provides excellent training opportunities, employee benefits, and a supportive workplace culture.

Job Responsibility:

Welcome guests and promptly attend to tables
Take guests’ food and beverage orders, making recommendations on menu items and taking opportunities to upsell where appropriate
Ensure that all customers enjoy quick and efficient service and check with them that the meal is meeting their expectations
Ensure that the restaurant is set up and ready for each service period
Take responsibility for ensuring the overall cleanliness of the restaurant and bar area

Requirements:

A warm demeanour and service-oriented personality
A team-player attitude
Positive outlook and dependability
Previous Food and Beverage experience is desired
