As a bartender, you’ll be the heartbeat of the venue, keeping drinks flowing, maintaining great vibes, and ensuring every guest is served quickly in a packed, high-tempo club environment. Working across late night service, high-impact events, and within a dynamic music venue, your energy will help drive the atmosphere, making sure every moment feels exciting and seamless. Whether you’re handling a rush at the bar or keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, you’ll play a key role in making every night unforgettable.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver drinks quickly and efficiently in a high-volume environment
  • Handle multiple orders at once while keeping service smooth, accurate, and upbeat
  • Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organised at all times
  • Work proactively to maintain a tidy workspace during service and assist with closing duties at the end of the night
  • Bring positive energy to every shift, working closely with your team to keep the bar running seamlessly
  • Support others when needed and contribute to a strong team atmosphere
  • Maintain clear, confident communication with barbacks & your head bartender in a loud, fast-paced club setting
  • Stay approachable, friendly, and focused under pressure.

Requirements

  • Previous bar experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is preferred but not essential
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently while staying organised and composed
  • A strong team mentality and willingness to support others during busy shifts
  • Comfortable working in a loud, high-energy club environment
  • A can-do attitude with the ability to stay positive and motivated, no matter how busy it gets
  • Pride in keeping your workspace clean, tidy, and running smoothly, including helping with the opening and closing of the venue.
