Job Description:

Bartender position at The Westin Hilton Head Island Resort & Spa focused on creating memorable guest experiences through beverage service, maintaining bar operations, and providing exceptional customer service in a luxury hospitality environment.

Job Responsibility:

Mixing drinks and building memorable experiences
Maintaining bar appearance and function
Building relationships with hotel and community
Anticipating and delivering on guests' needs
Handling money and providing information to guests
Creating safe workplace
Following company policies and procedures
Protecting company assets
Maintaining confidentiality
Maintaining professional uniform and appearance

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience required
No license or certification required
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
Ability to reach overhead and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
