Job Description:

As a Bartender/Mixologist, your role demands a deep passion and expertise in premium beverages, along with prior experience working in high-volume restaurants and bars. Your primary objective will be to create exceptional and unforgettable experiences for guests. We are a 5-star luxury lifestyle boutique hotel located in the heart of Chelsea. Set in a 19th century building next to Sloane Square station and featuring a rooftop restaurant, an intimate cocktail bar, and thirty exceptionally designed bedrooms, the property has been elegantly restored to create unique experiences.

Job Responsibility:

  • Creating memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring that service is prompt and professional
  • Working with the Head Bartender and other Bartenders to create classic cocktails that stand the test of time
  • Being fully conversant in serving cocktails, drinks, and food to the hotel's standards
  • Handling complaints in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensuring adherence to licensing laws and health and safety legislation

Requirements:

  • Intuitive service and an absolute understanding of our guests' needs to create exceptional service experiences
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role within a five-star hotel or fine dining environment
  • Passion for cocktails and quality products
  • Be a team player who is an avid learner and wants to be challenged and developed
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Ability to work in a pressured environment with the most demanding guests
  • Exceptional product knowledge, specifically around classic cocktails
  • Flexible to work on late shift including weekends and bank holidays
