Job Description:

Bartender position at JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel's Vienna Lounge, focused on creating memorable and unique experiences for guests. The role involves mixing drinks, maintaining bar operations, building relationships, and delivering thoughtful, heartfelt service in a luxury hotel environment.

Job Responsibility:

Mixing drinks and building memorable experiences
Taking ownership of guest service broadly
Making the bar look and function flawlessly
Building relationships with hotel and community
Anticipating and delivering on guests' needs
Handling money and providing information to guests
Ensuring quality of drinks

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience required
No license or certification required
Creating a safe workplace
Following company policies and procedures
Protecting company assets
Maintaining confidentiality
Ensuring uniform and personal appearance are professional
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
Ability to reach overhead and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
