Bartender

• Ensuring exceptional service and attention to our guests
• Providing hotel guests and servers with quick and efficient beverage service with a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar
• Competent in ice carving
• Describing the selection of food and beverage menu items to our guests by offering interesting and vivid descriptions of each item's origin, taste and preparation methods
• Communicating guest orders including any special needs to requests to the kitchen
• Coordinating food timings
• Anticipating guest needs
• Ascertaining satisfaction and offering suggestions
• Closing guest checks
• Being highly visible in the operation
• Taking care of special requests with dedication to providing an attentive and distinctive experience for our guests

• Food service experience in luxury hotels and/or stand-alone restaurants/bar or restaurant/bar groups, preferably in the same position and international experience would be an asset
• Attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills
• Team player
• Deep knowledge of cocktails preparation
• You must possess the legal right to work in Italy
• Fluency in English and Italian
