Job Description:

W Brisbane is hiring part-time bartenders for iconic venues including WET Deck, The Lex, and Living Room Bar. Bartenders will deliver engaging guest service, prepare and serve beverages, maintain cleanliness, manage inventory, and handle transactions. Previous cocktail-making experience is required.

Job Responsibility:

Providing excellent guest service that is engaging, personal and attentive
prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
maintain a clean and organized bar area
monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed
handle cash and card transactions, ensuring accurate billing and change handling.

Requirements:

Previous knowledge of cocktails, wines and beers
experience in making cocktails
ability to prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
clean and organize bar area, including washing glassware and utensils
monitor and manage inventory levels
handle cash and card transactions accurately.
