The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages with precision, creativity, and professionalism while delivering warm and engaging hospitality. This role ensures quality, consistency, and compliance with brand standards, while maintaining an organized and inviting bar environment.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards
Provide personalized and attentive service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience
Maintain full knowledge of beverage menus, ingredients, and pairings
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper setup of the bar before, during, and after service
Monitor inventory levels, rotate stock properly, and minimize waste
Process transactions accurately and responsibly
Collaborate closely with the service and culinary teams to ensure seamless operations
Comply with all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
Contribute ideas to enhance beverage offerings in alignment with the hotel’s concept and standards
Represent the hotel’s values of professionalism, excellence, and genuine hospitality at all times
Requirements:
Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, hotel, or upscale bar environment preferred
Knowledge of classic cocktails, mixology techniques, and beverage presentation
Familiarity with POS systems and responsible alcohol service standards
Responsible alcohol service certification preferred (as required by law)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Strong communication skills and guest-focused mindset
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to work in fast-paced environments

Vacation Leave: Accrues at 1.25 days per month (15 days per year) for employees working at least 130 hours per month
