Job Description:

Bartender position at Curious bar within W Melbourne, focused on creating epic moments for guests through innovative cocktails and exceptional service in a luxury hotel environment

Job Responsibility:

Build memorable and unique experiences for guests
Look out for new trends, micro-local offerings, and guests' evolving needs
Act as host of the space beyond just mixing drinks
Take ownership of guest service more broadly
Make the bar look and function flawlessly
Build relationships with others across the hotel and community
Anticipate and deliver on guests' needs
Be passionate about guests' service experience
Maintain attention to detail from money handling to information provided to guests to drink quality

Requirements:

Experience in a dynamic bar setting
Proactive and upbeat demeanor
Keen to take on new challenges and grow within your career
Current Victorian RSA is essential
Polished professionalism with an audacious approach to creativity
Playful individual who is passionate in creating memorable guest experiences
