Job Responsibility:
Welcome guests with vibrant energy, and make suggestions regarding food and beverages
Serve guests quality cocktails and wines, as well as orders from the kitchen when they are ready
Maintain a clean and properly stocked bar area
Prepare drinks in a timely manner according to the restaurant's recipes
Must be able to stand, walk, kneel, talk and hold up to 25 lbs without any assistance
Complete other duties as required by management
Requirements:
Prior bartending experience
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to remain calm and organized in a high-volume environment
Considerable knowledge of the preparation and service of alcoholic beverages
Candidate should demonstrate an energetic and friendly personality
Must have open availability and flexible schedule
