Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and patrons
  • Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
  • Use restaurant POS software effectively
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and patrons
  • Stand for long periods and work efficiently under busy conditions

Requirements:

  • Thorough knowledge of mixology, wines, liquor and cocktails
  • Ability to utilize restaurant POS software

  • Excellent oral communication skills required
  • Relevant training or certificate
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bartending experience preferred but not required
