Bartender

• Prepare, mix, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with Four Seasons standards
• Ensure bar areas are fully stocked, clean, and ready for service
• Maintain strong knowledge of menus, ingredients, and daily specials, and provide professional recommendations to guests
• Deliver a warm and professional guest experience and handle guest feedback effectively
• Operate the POS system accurately, including order entry, billing, and closing procedures
• Monitor inventory, receive and store products properly, and minimize waste
• Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, Hygiene, and Security regulations
• Support opening and closing duties and perform other tasks assigned by Food & Beverage management

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant or bar environment, preferably within a luxury or 5-star hotel setting
• Prior experience in a supervisory or senior bartender capacity is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent professional experience
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Solid understanding of Food & Beverage service standards and bar operations
• Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Proven guest interaction and communication skills
• Proficiency in POS systems
• A disciplined, organized, and team-oriented working style
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
