Job Description:

The Bartender role is part of the hospitality team at the JW Marriott Marquis City Center Doha, emphasizing memorable guest experiences, food and beverage service, and teamwork. Ensures a professional environment, compliance with standards, and a range of guest services.

Job Responsibility:

Creating a safe workplace
Following company policies and procedures
Upholding quality standards
Ensuring uniform and personal appearance are professional
Setting tables
Communicating with the kitchen
Interacting and serving guests
Cleaning work areas and supplies
Managing the menu
Moving, lifting, carrying, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Less than 1 year related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
