Working in one or more of the hotel's bars, as a Bartender you’ll be responsible for ensuring that guests have a positive, first class dining experience. You’ll greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and handle payments. You’ll be responsible for maintaining a clean and organised dining area, restocking supplies, and assisting with food preparation as needed whilst working agilely to support the rest of the wider business. Please note that due to licencing legislation, we will only be accepting applicants who are age 18 or above. Due to the nature of this role, you may be required to work late evenings and weekends.
