You will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service, crafting memorable moments, and elevating the guest dining experience at Bar Dandolo, the historic Venetian lounge of Hotel Danieli. As a Bartender, you will prepare cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty drinks with precision and artistry, ensuring each guest receives a warm, personalized, and intuitive service experience. You will maintain full product knowledge, ensure impeccable presentation standards, and collaborate closely with the Restaurant and Service teams, all in alignment with Four Seasons’ culture of genuine heart.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare and serve beverages — cocktails, wines, spirits, aperitifs, digestifs — following Four Seasons standards for mixing, pouring, presentation, and service
Offer vivid, engaging descriptions of beverage items, including origin, flavor profile, and preparation, guiding guests through the menu with confidence and charm
Take beverage orders directly at the bar or through the service team, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
Anticipate guest needs, monitor satisfaction, make personalized recommendations, and respond promptly to requests or concerns
Collaborate with the F&B and kitchen team to coordinate beverage timing with food service for a seamless dining flow
Maintain an impeccable bar mise en place: restocking, organizing, preparing garnishes, polishing glassware, and ensuring a pristine workstation
Ensure strict compliance with HACCP, alcohol service laws, and Four Seasons safety and hygiene standards
Support the creation of seasonal specials and signature cocktails that reflect the identity and elegance of Bar Dandolo
Close guest checks accurately and follow all POS procedures
Maintain a polished presence and actively contribute to the refined ambiance of the restaurant
Requirements:
Previous Bartender experience in luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, or high‑end bar environments
international experience is an advantage
Fluency in English and Italian
Must possess the legal right to work in Italy
Strong knowledge of mixology, classic cocktails, spirits, and beverage pairing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect authentically with guests and inspire your team
Team player attitude, combined with personal flair, creativity, and passion for crafting memorable guest experiences
Ability to multitask gracefully, remain composed under pressure, and maintain exceptional attention to detail
